Week 42: The Moving Équipe

Bonjour,

So yeah this last week we were basically the moving équipe. Monday was
transfer day, and we ended up having to drive to the gare in Marseille
to pick up some keys that went to some missionary apartments and take
them all the way over to the Montpellier gare. So that was fun. Plus,
we ended up being a little late to our rdv that night, but that's ok.
We ended up having a Soirée Familiale with the family Randrianaridera
and one of our amis named Monica.

Then on Tuesday, because there was a new équipe that just opened up in
Marseille, we took Elders Alvarenga and Coopen to Ikea to pick some
stuff that they need like new desks, chairs, etc.

This week we saw Oehau and Océan again. We talked about the Gospel of
Jesus Christ because when we had taught the Plan of Salvation the time
before, they were really interested in knowing what exactly we have to
do while we are on the Earth in order to reach our goal, the Celestial
Kingdom. We also talked about the temple, and Oehau said that he and
is family are going to go to the Paris temple for the open house so
that they can experience it.

This last Thursday, we visited a bunch of tiny villes passing back
some old amis and some less actives. On our way to a ville called
Ventabren (which was a super tiny but super cool ville on a hill), we
drove right by a really cool aqueduct thing that I didn't even no
existed until then. Everywhere we went was super super pretty, and I
drove on the tiniest, curviest roads ever which actually pretty fun.
It was just a pain when I had to try to get around someone driving the
opposite way.

Easter was super great! All of the talks during Sacrament meeting were
about Christ and His Atonement so that was great, of course. Then
after church, we went to the Longin family's house and had lunch. We
also watched the Prince of Peace Easter video, and Sœur Longin put
stuff in Easter eggs that represented something right around from when
Christ payed for our sins until He was resurrected, and each one had
the scriptures that corresponded with it. It really cool! They also
gave us each a Lindt milk chocolate duck and a Lindt Hazelnut
chocolate bunny which I'm super excited to eat.

Love you all, and "Je sais qu'il vit, mon Rédempteur."

Love,
Elder Mason
