The work has been going pretty dang well here. In the last week or so,
we have started to work with 9 new potential amis. So, I guess we can
say the work is really going forward in Vitrolles. We also had the
opportunity to see Monica a couple of days ago. We went over the
baptismal questions with her, and she is so ready! She just needs to
come to church a little more often, but we've kinda solved all of that
out. Also, we will be going to see her family tonight. We have already
seen them a couple of times, but this time, we're going to focus on
baptism so that we can see what exactly are all of their thoughts
about Monica getting baptized.
Well, I guess I've been out for a year now. It's honestly kind of a
weird feeling because it doesn't feel like it has been nearly a year.
Time just passes by so fast. But, I would just like to say how
grateful I am to be serving the Lord in the prettiest and best part of
the world with the best people! I know that I really have been blessed
by the Lord. I have truly seen his hand in my life guiding me along. I
also know that when times get difficult, He is there for me. I know
that we have a Heavenly Father that loves and cares for us and will
never leave us alone.
