Week 50: Gotta Have That Love ❤️

Bonjour ma chère famille,

We started off he week in Lyon for a zone conference, but my favorite
part of it was without a doubt my interview with President Brown. I
won't say exactly what we talked about, but I was really able to
recognize my love for the people of France. I remember towards the
beginning of my mission trying to work on my love for not only for the
members in my sector or my amis but everyone. I tried studying a lot
about charity and love and trying to apply it in all that I did. I
worked on seeing others in the way that Christ sees them, and I can
now say that I truly love this people! I know that each one of their
souls is of great worth, especially in the eyes of God. I know for
myself how important and powerful this message that we have really is!

About the work, we have been passing a lot of old amis and less
actives, and while doing this, we have been contacting everyone that
we come across and porte around every passback. We have just recently
started working with a man named Robert and his wife who we ported
into. They are very, very knowledgeable when it comes to the Bible,
but I know that once they truly understand our message and openly read
the Book of Mormon, they will want to be baptized by the proper
authority. We are also working with a woman name Marie-Céline who was
an ami about 5 years ago, but she still seems pretty interesting.
Finally, we are working with a few less actives, and two of them came
to church yesterday!

One thing I've been working really hard on lately is giving it my all.
I know that if I truly do give it my all, God will bless me with
people who are prepared to hear this message! I love the Lord, and I'm
grateful for this opportunity that I have to be serving in the south
of France!

Love,
Elder Mason
